- Aroma: fragrant with aromas of berries and delicate hints of sweet almond.
- Taste: refined and harmonious.
- Pairings: dessert based on creams, fruit, suggested for moments of "leisure" and "carefree".

- Taste: delicate and important, with hints of raspberry, cherries, berries, elegant and refined.
- Pairings: aperitif, dishes based on baked fish, based on white truffle, first courses with red meat, poultry, lamb, cotechino, game, hard cheeses.
